*NOTE: This is only for those who want to take higher levels (Absolute Beginner 2-Intermediate). If you have not yet studied Korean before, you don’t need to take a level test you can directly register on March 27th (Thurs).

*공지: 레벨테스트는 높은 레벨의 반 (기초2반~중급1반)을 수강하길 원하는 분만 해당 합니다. 한국어를 배운적이 없다면 한국어 강좌등록 신청일인 3월 27일 목요일에 등록하여 주시기바랍니다.

FAQ:

Q: There are no more available spots for the Online Level Test, what should I do? A: 1. check the reservation website from time to time for any cancellations, or 2. visit the center and take the test in person, or 3. wait for the Korean language classes registration to be over and see if there are spots available for your targeted level; if there is, we *usually offer additional online level test (please note that, there are cases where additional level testing cannot be done due to some circumstances).

Q: 온라인 레벨 테스트에 더 이상 자리가 없다면 어떻게 해야 하나요?

A: 1. 예약 사이트를 주기적으로 확인하여 취소된 자리가 있는지 확인하세요. 2. 센터를 방문하여 직접 테스트를 보세요. 3. 한국어 수업 등록이 끝난 후, 목표 레벨에 해당하는 자리가 있는지 확인하세요. 만약 자리가 있다면, *보통 추가 온라인 레벨 테스트를 제공하지만, 일부 상황에 따라 추가 테스트가 진행되지 않을 수도 있음을 유의해 주세요.

Q: It says that we should receive a confirmation of our reservation but I did not receive any.

A: Please check your spam/junk/updates/promotions inbox. You should receive an email from calendly.com that contains your reservation details and zoom ID and passcode. If you did not receive it still, email us at igvc.culture@gmail.com. It could probably because you wrote the wrong email address or the email address you used isn't working.

Q: 예약 확인 이메일을 받아야 한다고 했는데, 아무것도 받지 못했습니다.

A: 스팸, 정크, 업데이트, 프로모션 폴더를 확인해 주세요. calendly.com에서 예약 정보와 Zoom ID, 비밀번호가 포함된 이메일을 받으셨을 거예요. 만약 여전히 못 받으셨다면, igvc.culture@gmail.com으로 연락해 주세요. 이메일 주소를 잘못 입력했거나, 사용하신 이메일 주소가 제대로 작동하지 않았을 수 있습니다.
