20241121_Bossam & Kimchi Cooking Class
Itaewon Global Village Center, together with Korean Food Promotion Institute, is hosting a Korean cooking class on November 21st (Thurs) from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Hansik Space Eum (near Anguk Station). Since it is "kimchi season," we will be learning how to make the most common dish Koreans make during "kimjang" (kimchi-making day): "Bossam" and Kimchi.
Bossam is a pork dish, usually pork shoulder, that is boiled in spices and sliced thinly. This dish is usually eaten during kimchi-making day, and is accompanied by freshly made kimchi. So aside from learning how to cook bossam, we will also be making kimchi.
